Good morning, January Mommies!

It has been absolutely gorgeous here in northern VT (sunny and warm...a little too warm for me, but I'll take it over snow!).  DH and I built a milking stand for our dairy goats and almost finished our upstairs bathroom.  We're hoping to have it finished before this weekend when my Dad and step-Mom come to stay with us.

How was everyones' weekend?

    Good Morning to you too!!! - Its a beautiful day here in Canada - temps are suppose to go upto 28 degrees which will be wonderful!!! - DH and I are planning on starting our gardens outside. Should be...interesting!!!

    Good Morning!! It was muggy here yesterday! Almost too hot to even sit in the shade. You were so productive! I cleaned half of our house yesterday with DH's help and I was over doing anything else!

    Sandylou - How did it go with telling the ILs about your pregnancy last night?  Where they so surprised?

    Morning, ladies.  I took a sick day today since I am still feeling crappy after a long weekend.  My dh was wonderful and let me rest and sleep in all weekend and entertained dd.  I feel better than I did yesterday and hope by the end of the day, I have some energy back.

    Sandylou - How did it go with telling the ILs about your pregnancy last night?  Where they so surprised?

    Oh my gosh they were so surprised! We told both sides. My side on Saturday at dinner for my mom's birthday. I wrapped a little grandma onesie up as a gift and had her open it last. They were shocked to say the least! Lots of happy tears!!

    Then last night with the in laws we cooked out and my H asked his mom to get him a fork. We had put a bib in the drawer that said "Grandma makes me smile." She read it outloud and reread it and was like "what is this for? do you have something you need to tell me?" FINALLY it sank it in...more happy tears!

    I LOVE telling people...although we've put that on hold for another month. We still have my FIL to go though so I can look forward to that!

    We've told my Mom so far.  Telling my Dad and his wife this weekend (I can't wait!!!) not sure about when we're telling everyone else, though.  What about you, Happyjc?  =D
