These pulsating cramps....

I am 41/2 weeks. The pulsating cramps are annoying but I just keep telling myself "it's"growing. Anyone else have this? I am on my feet moving 8 hours a day and usually do it in three inch heels. My cramps are pretty consistent when I am on my feet for more than four hours straight. Once Isit down for lunch, they go away. Anyone else have this???

    Wearing heels can aggravate ure cramps.  You may want to switch to lower ones or flats.

    yes i've been getting something similar but it's only been on my right side today so now i'm getting worried.  :o(  i did do some lunges today that seemed to aggrevate it so i'm hoping it's just more muscle/ligament pain than anything else.

    i am also 4 1/2 weeks pg and these cramps are stressing me out.  i get them when im sitting down doing nothing and also if i move around.  i had told my doc about it when i went in and he said they are normal as long as no spotting but still, its pretty stressful.  nice to know i'm not the only one experiencing them this early in pregnancy

    I've had cramps for probably two weeks....although I wouldn't call them "pulsating." Mine are more mild.  I definitely don't think you're the only one!

    Yes, mine are vey mild and if I didn't know any better I would assume it was AF.  It doesn't bother me though b/c for me, it's just a little happy reminder!

    I've had terrible cramps, but as of the past few days, they've calmed down so that I only get them when I get up and start walking around after having been lying/sitting for a while.  It's weird, but ditto to everyone else who says as long as you're not bleeding/spotting, don't worry.  It's normal.
