Help me out!  I have never been able to cut & paste from another source to my Blog.  So when I had my poem to add, I had to re-type the whole thing. 

Now, I am trying to add 2 buttons (the Blog Hop & Support Baby Sam) and I can't do it because it won't let me copy and paste & there is no way for me to copy that much text correctly.  Ideas?  How do you do it?  Wondering if I have some setting set wrong...TIA :)

    Do you use blogger?

     

    To cut and paste a new blog post, you have to make sure that you are typing under "Edit HTML" instead of "Compose." Once you c+p, you can go back to compose if you want.

    As far as adding badges, you have to do that under layout and click "add a gadget" where ever you want it to be. Then choose the HTML/JavaScript gadget and copy and paste into that.

    Hey there!

     

    Just like Sweets said, go to "layout", "add a gadget", and pick "HTML".

    In the box, you paste the button code you grabbed from someone's website (like the code I have on mine).  I believe the Blog Hop button has a some incorrect text that I had to fix, here it is:

    <center><*a href="https://www.d-listedmomblogs.com" target="_blank"><*img alt="MMButton" src="https://i40.tinypic.com/30rwcuf.jpg" /></a></center>

    (Just delete those * before pasting it).
