Does you ins cover NT scans?

I still have to call and check but I'm just curious. My doc's office said some don't but it sounds like just about everyone gets one.

Re: Does you ins cover NT scans?

  • Mine does as long as I am using an in-network physician.

  • Loading the player...
  • I don't really know.  We weren't planning on getting one so I never checked.
I give up trying to get a ticker.  I have a DD that is 2.5 years old and is awesome.  Maybe I'll add a quote to distinguish myself.  Hmmm.  How about...

  • yup ours does. fortunately we have pretty good maternity coverage, it covers everything execept my diabetes care with ?$400 copay for hospital time.
  • The blood work but not the ultrasound. The ultrasound would cost us $350. Haven't decided if I wanted to do that part yet but we are going ahead with the blood test.

  • Mine does. Except it only covers one u/s per pregnancy. So it also kind of doesn't.
