How to PIP?

How do you put a PIP? I know how to put one in my siggy, but I haven't found where to put one in a post.

I use tinypic.com (not sure if there is another way to do it). Upload the pic there and then use the img code that it gives and just copy it into the post. Does that make sense?

I go to tinypic.com to get a code, then paste that in the message area. you can size it for "message boards" on tinypic

This has always worked for me. I just copy and the paste the image from the web. I have my pics uploaded on photobucket.
