Hudson Valley prenatal personal trainer

Hello! I think Ive only written on here once, but I lurk. I am a personal trainer in the hudson valley and specialize in prenatal clients (but work with general clients as well). Im currently 22 weeks pregnant and have a 2 yr old. If I can help you or someone you know please let me know!

    I would be interested as well.  Could you PM me some information and your e-mail?  I am only 6 weeks along, so I am holding off on exercise until after my 1st u/s, but I am overweight and out of shape and I am in need of help!
