Who was looking for the Actress that played Maria's Mom on Sesame Street?

I saw the clip of Maria's wedding today, and I think the actress that played her mo there may be the same, but right now the imdb doesn't list the episode where Maria's mom visits.

    I don't think that's her, because that is the same actress that someone posted about a few days ago, and she was in the original episode, not the 2000 one.  Thanks for trying!  I wonder if this mystery will ever be solved?!?

    I will.  I emailed them earlier, and discovered how neat their website is!  They have printables and videos and all kinds of fun stuff.  DD was happy to watch a clip of Big Bird singing the Wheels on the Bus.  Two of her favorite things in one place!  :-)

    oh yea! Thats a great site. Did you do the My Street profile? I saved all my son's favorite videos to it, he loves it.

    You know that page where they have about a dozen muppet characters all waving in little boxes? For my son's 2nd b-day party, I printed that whole page out (print screen) and cut out each character and then hung them from the dining room chandelier, china closet handles, etc got Sesame balloons at the dollar store and that was our decorations- so cheap! Anyway, my son loved the cutouts hanging from the chandelier that I still have them up. It distracts him so he'll eat and behave when we sit in the dining room for dinner!

    I'm SO doing that for her next birthday!  I didn't do the My Street profile, but I'll look into that.  Fun!  :-)
