Got a Letter from X

He said he isn't enjoying BMT too much and that most of the other guys are pretty annoying.  The days are going fast for him and he said he misses us.  He then said that he has had a ton of time to think about relationships and what is important in life.  He asked me if we could work on things when he comes home because he wants to give Mikayla the beautiful family she deserves and he wants to change back to the guy he was when we first met.  He asked him if I will give him the chance to show me he has changed and see if we can make things work. 

He wrote a letter to his mom asking her what she thought about him telling me that... he knows that they love me and want what is best for Mikayla.  So his mom and I started talking and she asked me what I was going to do.  I just said I'm not sure.  I would love to be with him if he could be that guy he use to be but if we were together he would have to eliminate all relationships with other girls he was "just friends" with.  Oh and his XW would have to fall off the face of the Earth also...lol.

But he is excited we are coming down to visit 4th of July weekend, so I went and got a new bathingsuit and a cute dress... either way, it will be a nice vacation - I love TX!

    I think it's nice that he wants to work on things and that if that's something you want, it might be worth a shot. Just don't rush any decisions, either way. You have all the time in the world to figure out what's right for you.

    We're only 3 weeks into this being apart thing... we still have to go til November!  So, we have tons and tons of time to think about things and he has a lot of time to start changing if he wants too! LOL.

    I think you have a great attitude about it, don't dive in just see how it goes. Alyssa's dad went to jail while I was pg with her and I got a very similar letter...oh course I didn't have the sense you do and let him move in with me as soon as he got out and 2 weeks later he was sleeping with my friend. I really hope it works, you all make a beautiful family and I know you love him. I'm just glad you have a better head on your shoulders than I did!

    Good luck with everything!  You do have lots of time to think about things and there is no need to rush.  What will be will be.  I think things will just become more clear as time goes on.
