f/u to neighbor shooting

Now being investigated as a possible homicide.  That scares the absolute crap out of me.  I am beyond upset and stressed now.  It's all over several news outlets because his half brother was an NBA recruit.

    I can see why you would be freaking out.  You probably don't have anything to worry about though.  Doesn't sound random.  The kid was probably involved with some shady people.  I feel bad for his family.  15, that is rough.
    I give up trying to get a ticker.  I have a DD that is 2.5 years old and is awesome.  Maybe I'll add a quote to distinguish myself.  Hmmm.  How about...

    Yes, he was.  Suffice it to say this particular house had a lot of drama.  Kind of like a ticking bomb.  We have witnessed a lot of shady activity in the past couple of months.  I just hate any sense of danger around my child and my family.  It's a tough world, I know, but it's just too close for comfort.

    Yeah, we have a shady kid living next door to us.  Makes me uncomfortable for sure.  Just bringing around the wrong element you know.  I just meant that you probably don't have to worry about being targeted yourself.  It doesn't sound like random violence or a home invasion or anything.  Is there anyway you can move?  Is it a questionable neighborhood or is it just this house?

    Our neighbor was stabbed in our parking lot (it cut an artery in his leg and he almost bled to death but, thank God, he lived) only a couple of hours before I would have left for work so I totally understand your fear. Like pp siad, it doesn't sound like it was a random act so you should be OK but it still sucks.
