Really?!

My doctor's office just cancelled our appointment today and bumped us to next Monday.  Today was supposed to be ultrasound to recheck fluid levels, non-stress test and scheduling delivery. 

First they freak us out Tuesday and then send us home, now they're delaying things.  I asked on the phone just now when we're supposed to schedule the c-section, and they told me that they were scheduling it Friday but were waiting for confirmation from the hospital.  Were they going to tell us?!

I'm a bit peeved now.  Mostly because I got up earlier to go in and work four hours before the appt.  I think I'm going to go back to bed now, even though I'm showered, dressed and was actually heading out the door.

    Sorry, I hate it when changes like that happen.  Hope your able to get some rest today.  (I would love to be back in bed)

    I would be super upset too. They make it sound like an emergent situation, and then poo-poo it. That really sucks. I hope you are able to go back to sleep!

    I crawled back into bed fully clothed and slept great for another hour!

    They called this afternoon and got things all clarified.  Still frustrating, but at least we have a game plan.  U/s Monday, pre-admit with hospital Monday afternoon, and C-Section Thursday.

    Phew!  Once you get a person at our clinic they are awesome, but it seems like sometimes you get passed around a bit; once you take the time to call them everything is fixed.  I think I've just learned to not wait for them to call anymore and be forceful when I call.
