I don't think my DH would do as well, he couldn't handle having to rest as much as I do. I don't think he would do well with the constant sickness/soreness and everything else!

Probably, he can handle most aches and pains with little to no complaining. Labor and delivery would be a different story though. He doesn't do so well in medical situations!
I think he would enjoy all the eating ... I am constantly eating and he is constantly working out, which works great because I have still to put on lbs so I love it, our calories count as a household, not individually ... haha!
I never puked so he would not have to deal with that. He also loves my snoogle so he would enjoy sleeping with it!
We are taking Hypnobirthing classes for five weeks on Wednesday nights, which is the night when he sometimes goes out with work friends for happy hour. He was disappointed that he would have to miss happy hour for five weeks. I almost slapped him. I'm missing happy hour for forty weeks.
He has allergies right now (for the first time at 34 yrs old) and you would think that he is the only one in the world with a runny nose, watery eyes and constant sneezing.
Nope. DH gags at everything already I can only imagine how sick he would get being PG. He also has spinal stenosis so I think the added stress on his back would be extremely painful.
I think he could handle feeling sick, but I'd be most worried about how he'd be taking care of himself and the LO. This is the man who had a kidney infection that he wanted to treat with tylenol and then just "wait it out." The Army does not teach one to take great care of oneself.
It's not that I don't think he could handle it, it's just that he has seen what it can do to me and he would rather not be put in that position. He wouldn't be up for not being able to be in control and being pregnant is a lot about letting your body take control of you. He's much more comfortable with being the caretaker at the moment.
No way! I mean, he'd survive, but he would complain constantly. He's always a baby when he's sick. I think he would be very surprised to know how bad it really does hurt and how uncomfortable it is.
Also, I would NEVER get laid. He won't put out even if he's too full or tired. Well, that's how I feel all the time so...I think it's best I'm doing the dirty work.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHA that's funny. HELLLLL no he couldn't. He complains about my pregnancy more than I do. And he doesn't even know about the fact that my vag feels like someone used it as a punching bag or why the reason I "waddle" is because of the constant pain running from my a$$ to my knee...yeah...nope, never. Don't even get me started on L&D
I think he could, with the exception that I think it would be pretty hard for him to not drink any alcohol.
On the opposite side, I don't think I would be as understanding/sweet as he's been with me not feeling well. One of my flaws is that I tend to think everyone is exaggerating when sick...
Re: Could your DH/SO handle being pregnant (stolen from 3rd)
No, he'd be a huge baby about it.
Nope, plain and simple - he enjoys a beer with the boys too much.
Plus, he thinks it would be exceptionally weird to feel another person inside of you.
I would definitely be more sympathetic to him than he has been to me, thats for sure! He couldn't handle as good as me

I think he could totally pull it off!
It's funny, my DH is a combat marine, police officer, and fireman, but boy oh boy sometimes I think HE is the pregnant one and not me lol
I'm not so sure he could handle it! haha!!
Hell no. There is no way.

Plus he's a little bit of a whiner too LOL.
Good question!
He would milk it for all it is worth, but I think he could do it.

My DH was just bragging the other night how great he'd be at pregnancy.
I think he could handle it but MAN! He would WHINE!!
