Please help...I have a stealth puker

So 3 times in the last 2 weeks DS has thrown up. Last Monday in the middle of the night, and it wasn't discovered until morning. No crying out for us, coughing, etc. Saturday he wouldn't eat all day and threw up right before bedtime. He had diarrhea the next day so we figured 24 hour stomach bug.

This morning (almost a week later), there's vomit in the bed again. Is this just a really lingering stomach virus? The throwing up at night concerns me, especially because he doesn't cry out for us afterwards. I don't want him to choke on it. I wonder if he's even awake enough to realize it?

I'm going to call the doctor this morning, just thought I'd get some mom's advice too. Thanks!

    I'm so sorry! I have no advice, besides call pedi, but I'm sorry he doesn't feel well and that you're having to clean up vomit. No fun for anyone.
