Morning sickness = girl?

I keep reading how many ladies seem to have more morning sickness when pregnant with a girl. (I even get jealous when I read how ladies with DS say they had no nausea!) This is my first pregnancy and I feel quite sick.

Is there anyone out there who had lots of m/s with their DS ? Or none with their DD?

My sister swears by that. But my best friend had no morning sickness and she had a girl. So it's really just an old wives tale.

I didn't even have a hint of m/s, and to everyone's surprise I had a girl (we didn't find out the sex).

I worked with a girl who had extreme morning sickness the ENTIRE pregnancy and she had a boy.

I don't buy into any of those old wives tales. Its just not how biology works.

This is #3 for me but my other 2 are girls and with the 1st one I had m/s all 9 months and with the 2nd one I had m/s through the 1st Trimester. This time I haven't had any m/s so I'm hoping it means I'm having a boy

My Aunt had MS from begininng to end of her pg and had a DS-

My other aunt had no MS and had DS

so i dont think MS is any indicator of gender

There are always exceptions to everything, obviously, but there is some actual research out there that shows a correlation between morning sickness and carrying female babies.
