It's a pocket guide for remembering which fish are high in mercury content and which are safer to eat.  You can clip it out and shove it in your purse for spur of the moment fish decisions.  They also have something for mobile phones, for those that want an app for that.

For all those that are into sustainable ocean and freshwater resources it's a good guide for that too.
