Babies coming! Thoughts and prayers please!

This morning my SIL (bro's wife) was taken by ambulance to a larger hospital 2 hours away to have my twin nieces.  She is a little shy of 35 weeks and has been having problems with her blood pressure, swelling, numbness, etc. so she was on bedrest this week.  She was scheduled for a c-section in early June, but now today is the day!  It's early, but she made it further than they thought.

Please send good thoughts for big, healthy 35 week babies and that my SIL *finally* feels better.  She has been so, so miserable:(  Also pray that they wait for my brother to get there before they deliver them, he is driving there on his own. I guess they spent the night at our hospital and this morning they said it was time and sent her by ambulance. He said she was doing good before they sent her so I hope it all goes well!

    GL to your SIL! I am sure her babies will be fine, they may even go home with her! I hope she quickly recovers from her pre-e. I am crossing my fingers at least!

    GL!  To your family.  35 weeks is wonderful for twins.  My 30 weeker is in my signy.  Your family will be in my thoughts....
    10/17/2009 - Our Miracle came 10 weeks early. IF,2 MC and 1 Preemie we have our miracle.. Baby Hope 10 weeks 5days was taken from us on Dec 18, 2007. Forever with us and Forever missed. Triplets Lost baby A @ weeks, Lost Baby B at 6 weeks and lost baby Abigail at 14 weeks when she was born to little for this life..... Forever with us ....

    Thanks ladies!  My brother just called and said that there is a good chance they aren't coming today..whew!:)  SIL is admitted though and will stay there until the girls come.  They think it could be tomorrow or next week, it will go day by day.  They're hoping to get her to 36 weeks...I know she is so ready to be done but I hope that being in the hospital helps her feel better knowing that if something happens, they're there already.  They are first time parents and stressing over everything so they need some reassurance so they'll relax:). 

    I just can't wait to see those babies!  Up close, through a glass window, I don't care, lol.  I love having nieces and nephews.  And with these two our mom can hog one while the rest of us share the other Wink
