NEED SOME ADVICE

My next door neighbor has 4 children. They are all under the age of 6. She is constantly yelling, cussing at them, and threatening to hit them. I always hear them crying. Today I heard her yelling at her 6 yr old dd. She called her a stupid b***h. The little girl started to cry and she told her don't you dare cry and be a little pu**y. I heard this and this made my stomach hurt. I feel so bad for these young children. Is there anything I can do. Would the police consider this abuse. Any advice you ladies have would be much appreciated.

    wowza! I would definatly call social services about this!! I watched a Dr.Phil a few weeks ago about moms who verbally abuse their children. It was horrible, and it's not right! I would  get on the phone and save these poor kids from any more abuse!

    I would call CPS. That is definitely verbal abuse. So sad.

    CPS will not investigate for yelling.  Or cursing.

    She hardly sounds like someone you would want to be friends with, but its your best shot to help the kids. She obviously needs help.  Maybe you can be a friendly neighbor, someone to help.

    My darling daughter just turned 4 years old.
