I hate taking showers

Don't get me wrong, I do it, and on a regular basis and everything too, but I just hate them. They just take so long (no matter what I do I can't get out of there in under 20 minutes... with the shampoo and conditioner and the shaving and the washing blah blah blah) and then it takes me like, an hour to dry my hair. .

I wish I could just step into some chamber that would clean me without getting me wet or f*cking up my hair.

Am I the only one?

(The only time I like taking a shower is when I have a cold, or a chill)

I have like 5 sprigs of hair so it takes me about 2 minutes to dry my hair. But I HATE shaving. I think i must not have learned properly because i'm totally akward about it and always end up missing spots.

OMG I am lmao right now. I could have so totally wrote this! I always tell my H this same exact thing. I would so totally be for the dry shower! Seriously if my H read this he would think I wrote it.

This 100%. I only wash my hair every other day. I flat iron to get rid of the shower-induced frizzes.

I also don't shave everyday.

I am with you!

Washing my hair is the worse, and I will push it to every third day when I can. Like today! Baby powder helps with the oilies around the scalp. My hair is long, so the longer I go the better the ends do the less I wash.

I bought an all in one razor with the lotion stuff built in so I don't have to lather up to shave...and usually can go every other, every third day with that (shave on days that I don't wash the hair). That helps.

And, I won't lie. Every now and again I'll skip a shower in lieu of a "whore's bath"....and just rinse myself off with a rag. Embarrassed

Oh I don't shave everyday...hell sometimes I don't shave for a week at a time. Shaving is only done when I think someone (other than DH) might see my legs.

I love showers. I could stay in there for hours. I have to wash my hair every day because it gets so oily. Its thin so it only takes like 5 mins to dry it (when I do) If i am just hanging out at home all day I let it air dry.

I can't get through a day without a full shower. Not having washed hair drives me to distraction. I can usually get out in 10 minutes or less, though, probably because I don't shave my legs all time time... Drying my hair is a pain, though, and if I had something other than goofy waves that I don't know how to control and therefore must force into submission with a blowdryer, curling iron for straightening and sometimes rollers, I could figure out a quicker way to style.

I loooove showering and would stay in there for an hour. I despise having to deal with wet hair, though, and only wash my hair 2, *maybe* 3 times a week. I am seriously considering being hawt and donning a shower cap. But can I call it a bonnet?

DH gets mad at me because I get distracted by just standing under the warm water and relaxing so it takes forever for me to get ready and out the door.

I shower daily.. sometimes 2x per day... I don't wash my hair or shave my legs daily.. but I do shower.

me too. and shaving? ha! well, during the summer it's about twice a week. Winter? Maybe once every two weeks. Except the pits- those get done more regularly but that's about 15 seconds

I love the shower and hate hate hate drying my hair. It takes forever. I do need to get it cut and thinned for the summer. That would help.

I try to shower everyday and wash my hair every other day. And I usually do it at night so I don't have to rush in the morning.

I couldn't agree more. I hate taking showers and I could think of so many other things I could be doing! They take forever, but I still shower every single day. By no means do I want to be a stank ass who doesn't shower though! I have really long, curly hair so it's a pain in my arse to get it combed through and have it look half decent before I leave the house. I've tried the shower cap and just baths, but the moisture still makes it curl. I also don't shave every day, waste of time IMO! My FI doesn't care if I go a couple days in between shaving so that is nice! I wish I could just program myself to do all that jazz in my sleep, I'd be much happier then!
