Yale WELL Class waste of time and money!
I took the WELL childbirth prep class yesterday and it was such a waste. There was about a good hour of content, and the tour of the hospital was good. EVerything else was a waste, getting to know everyone at your table, intro's, games, I mean for $220 I wanted to know all I could about birth. The class was 8 hours long, they could have shortened it by a couple hours at least. Lots of advertising for teh other classes they offered. Ughhhhh what a waste of a Saturday.

Wow.
I took this class and it was awesome. Maybe our instructors were different? She went over tons about labor, different labor techniques etc.. There were some games but it helped break everything up. The hospital tour was a huge plus.
The WELL center at Yale is very helpful. They will size you in the hospital or their office for nursing bras and they don't pressure you to buy. They have a lot of product for sale cheaper than the stores as well.
