Hey ladies! How did we do today?

I did not do so well. We had a busy evening full of commitments so I didn't have time to fit one in. How do yall deal with busy evenings? Do you move your workouts to the morning or do you just skip it?

    I skipped yesterday, but I did a workout video today and planning on a jog tomorrow.

    I usually work out in the morning now, but when I worked out at night, I'd sometimes throw in a morning workout or skip it, depending on how tired I was. :-)

  • I actually went to the gym today,YAY!  Only for 45 minutes but it counts.

    If I have a busy night, I just skip....I barely get up on time for work in the morning

    I ran a few miles and then did Jackie Warner's Upper body workout.

    I usually bring my workout clothes with me to work and then go straight to the gym or for a run.  If I go home first, then once I sit down I won't get back up.

    I've been having pains in my lower left abdomen all day and didn't feel comfortable going.

    I get tomorrow off too because it's IUI day.

  • Went for a run this morning.  I like to work out in the morning, just because I have the time.  Then you don't have it hanging over your head all day!

    I feel the same way about the mornings...I'm ALWAYS running late in the mornings so getting up earlier and fitting in a workout would be really difficult. 

    Good job on the gym! 45 minutes is a lot!!

    Not me :( Too busy today

    I did an hour of cardio yesterday and Monday though, so that is good for something! 

    I do mine in the am. But I SAH with DD, so that is an option. If I don't get it over with, it's rare I go.

  • not good... I did 100 crunches and 3 sets of lunges other than that i sat on my couch
