I'm usually never mean, but I hate when people try for a gender...call me a Judgey McJudgerson but I think it is so wrong.

There are too many people I know of that have had gender disappointment and as a result the child is hurt as a result, and to me, that is NOT ok.

Me too. Tons of people have problems even having a child or lose their child or have preemies. How about just being happy with whatever you get and hoping for a healthy child?

It was DD'd, and then she re-posted on 3rd tri. She also added in that she suffered a loss, which if that is true I'm even MORE shocked that she is trying for a specific sex purely for that reason. So, I think that she made that up for sympathy and that is just plain wrong too!

agreed... i'll speak for myself when i say that i wish her no ill-will, but when she posted the question, i couldn't help but reply with a little snarky humor.

if she could laugh with us, all the better.... if not, well, hopefully she learns that life's too short to take it all personally - especially from online strangers.

lol i just had to break the news to mine that we can't do anything until at least the next ultrasound....doctors orders. He is hoping that the no sex rule will be lifted then. Thankfully he is pretty understanding.
