?? Re: BG Organic Warranty (PIP)

So I was folding CDs when I noticed this pull/hole in the same spot on about 5 of my BG organics.  (A) Would this be covered by warranty?

(B) How long do you have since purchase to claim on warranty?

Has this happened to anyone else?  Anything I can do to prevent it from getting worse?

  • If you are the original owner, BG warranties their products for one year.

  • But is that kind of thing covered under the warranty?

  • I would call or e-mail Cotton Babies.  Sounds like maybe it was a defective batch.

  • OK, so I just got off the phone with cottonbabies.  She said that the warranty covers all tears in material and I purchased them in July of last year so I am within the 1 year warranty.

I took another careful look and inspected all my diapers ad I have this hole is 9 of the 18 that I bought.  I guess I can consider this a good thing since I will get half of my stashed replaced.  I am just thankful that I bought the same CDs for baby #2 (who isnt here yet) so I have enough to CD full time while I am waiting for the new CDs to come in.

  • Yes. This is happening on most of mine. I had two replaced because it was within the 1 year period and I was the original owner. I have one that's REALLY bad. There are holes at each of the corners that you could fit a penny through. It's still working as far as absorbency.

We must be rough on our diapers.
