    Unfortunately I don't think his recent "encounters" with law enforcement/orange jumpsuits will have any merit on whether or not we will get the divorce pushed through (according to my lawyer).  But the fact that I filed in July and we aren't making any decisions during this hearing about CS or custody should help it.  My lawyer said that usually they grant the divorce in situations like this.

    And BTW, looks like we will be free women on the exact same day!!! Drinks
