3rd Trimester

pubic bone pain

I don't remember this from last time!  (Maybe I blocked it out?)  Since my internal exam yesterday, I feel like I can barely walk, or as if the baby is going to literally just drop out any minute.

Anyone else enjoying this?  Misery loves company...

  • I can't stand it any more.  I can take the carpal tunnel, the cravings, the gagging, the peeing in the middle of night - all of it - but I CANNOT stand the pubic bone pain.  It is so painful I can't stand it and it makes me want to cry.  Luckily, duringthe day its not so bad but in the morning when I wake up I can't stand up straight.  When I sit on the couch at night and then get up I" hunched over and limping.  When I'm asleep and want to switch sides I cry out in pain and then am awake just from the sheer discomfort of my pubic bone.

This will be the single biggest relief when pg is over.

Please, 2nd timers, tell me it goes away right away.

I feel like I have a knife stuck in the front of my pelvis.  The pain comes and goes, but when it comes, it sucks!!!

Yes....it does indeed go away! So much in fact, that you don't even remember until you get pregnant again and you're like "oh crap, I forgot about this."
