I am stealing this from the 2nd tri board. what a wonderful poem!

"Remember You're Their Daddy"

Remember you're their daddy
when they're crying late at night,
when they need a little loving
to know that it's alright.
Remember you're their daddy
the one who keeps them from harm,
when you'd do anything for them
because you can't resist their charm.
Remember you're their daddy
when they've had a real rough day,
when school's been very tough on them
and nothing's went their way.
Remember you're their daddy
when they go on their first date,
when you tell them to be in by ten
and they're not home 'till late.
Remember you're their daddy
when they make you very proud,
when in a very awkward way
they stand out in a crowd.
Remember you're their daddy
with every bruise that you've kissed,
and when you go away
you'll be very, very, missed.
Remember you're their daddy
remember I'm your wife,
we know that you'll love us
for the rest of your life.
