1st Trimester

should I be worried?

Last week I would be nauseated when I woke up (4 weeks pregnant) but only slightly. This week I haven't been feeling any nausea, just very slight cramping. Should I be worried since I haven't been experiencing morning sickness and my nausea left? Or should I just be grateful that it hasn't happened (yet)?

5 weeks is early for m/s. Don't worry about it.

"Hello, babies. Welcome to Earth. It's hot in the summer and cold in the winter. It's round and wet and crowded. At the outside, babies, you've got about a hundred years here. There's only one rule that I know of, babies. God damn it, you've got to be kind." - Kurt Vonnegut

  • I would not worry about it just yet! Mine started at 6 weeks slightly and then at 8 weeks it hit me like a Semi truck! Im still experiencing it at 16 weeks!

  • Just wait it out...you might be surprised!
  • Yep, my m/s didn't hit until around 6 weeks.
  • i'm 11 weeks and have not experienced any sickness but I have had the nausea (it comes and goes and only lasts for a few minutes) and the cramping but my doctor has assured me everything is fine. So I wouldn't worry if I were you Smile

I am at 6 wks and so far have only two instances of nausea (thank god!).  But as the other ladies have said, m/s usually comes alittle later so I will have that wonderful experience soon enough =P
  • my first pregnancy I had no sickness or nausea at all, no dont be worried, it may not happen

  • I haven't had any morning sickness at all and everything is great. My doc said I'm one of the lucky ones. Surprisingly, only about 50% of pregnant women experience serious MS...so don't worry if you don't get it...Be happy! :)

  • I'm in 3rd Tri and never had morning sickness, be happy Smile
  • Be happy and hope that you don't get morning sickness.  I didn't get it with my first pregnancy and pray I don't get it with this one!
  • It might hit you in a few weeks, and symptoms come and go.
