Update: Baby Blues?

We came home on Sunday and when we got there I had what I thought was a panic attack. Lobster called my doctor and the nurse told him it was pretty common for mommies to feel that way in the beginning. A little later I had another attack and then that night every time I laid down I felt like I was suffocating, so I got no sleep at all.

I called the doctor yesterday morning and they brought me in to check my BP and hemoglobin level. My BP was still high and my hemoglobin was at 6.5 when it's supposed to be 13ish. So they sent me back to the hospital for labs and I've been here ever since. They re-ran eclampsia labs and my liver enzymes were high (they were always normal in pregnancy).

They also did a CT and found fluid on my lungs which is what they say was causing the attacks because I couldn't catch my breath, so they've given me something to draw fluid out of everything.

I've heard whispers of a blood transfusion tonight or tomorrow if my hemoglobin levels don't increase but I'm not sure if they've made the decision yet. The doctor should be around soon to let us know.
