Last week in the 1st Tri!

Wow, i cant believe i will be in my 2nd trimester already this Friday! It seemed to go so fast! Granted i didnt find out i was pregnant until 5 weeks

Second tri isn't "official" until 13 weeks and 4 days. But I was super excited to get to 12 weeks last Saturday. I mean - I have 6 months left! Thats just crazy! I can't believe it! I'm so excited and it just seems like I'm finally getting comfortable with being pregnant!

They divide 40 weeks by 3. But, I think it's safe to say once you've completed 12 weeks (your ticker would say 13 weeks), you're officially 2nd tri.

A lot of ppl on here will tell you that the first tri doesn't end until 13 weeks and some odd days...but my OB still goes by the "traditional" trimesters, but more so by weeks. In terms of the Boards, do what feels right. I'm 11 wks 4 days and I've started lurking at 2nd tri. I think its totally up to you where you identify!

Congrats! I can't wait til I'm 12 weeks this Friday either. It feels like a major milestone - to me, anyway!
