Anyone know how to convert a pic?

From GIF to JPEG? I have like 12 picture that are on a friends flickr account but when I try to save as, it saves as GIF and i cant see it. When I try to open it with photoshop to convert it, it wont let me. Help!

    It still wont do it. It says that its converted, but when i look at it, nothing is there.

    ..or, you can open a picture in whatever document you have it saved, and go to "Save as" chose the option JPEG and click save again. Thats the easiest way to do it

    Haha. That is the easiest, and first thing I tried. Didn't work.
