2nd Appointment

I have my 2nd drs. appointment this morning.  I am really excited, but I have no idea what to expect.  I think that I am finally getting over having the jitters before a drs. appointment.  In the beginning I was just so nervous about something being wrong or whatever that I would totally stress myself out.  Now I've seen my LO twice and I just feel like he/she is growing just fine.  I am really starting to relax and enjoy being pregnant.

    I was nervous at my 1st appointment and almost more nervous at my 2nd one. My heart rate was sky high! It was a basic appointment- pee in cup, ask questions, find HB with doppler (which she didn't- I was just under 11 weeks). She did a quick u/s to verify the heartbeat, and we got to see the baby, which had grown SO much since last time! Good luck! I'm sure you'll be fine! :))

    At my first appointmen they didn't do anything other than take bloodwork and urine and ask me a bunch of questions. I am going to my second appointment on Monday the 10th and I will be 9 weeks. Do you have any idea what I should expect at this appointment? I am really hoping they'll do something to see the heartbeat or something because I still don't feel like it's real! LOL.

    The first appointment after the inital paper work and Q&A session, I met with my OB and she did a pelvic exam and a pap.  At her office they do ultrasounds to make sure the EDD is fairly accurate, so the office made me another appointment for that.  It really does depend on your dr and what they normally do though.
