OK first of all, this isn't an announcement post. But, I am 3 weeks late which is the latest I've been since I've been off BC. Tomorrow morning I have an appointment with my Dr for a pregnancy test and an ultrasound just to make sure there isn't anything else going on.
This brings me to my question. My Dr is at St. Vincent's East and she is just a GYN. I am pretty sure that, if I am pregnant, she'll refer me to one of the OB's at the same hospital. I'm fine with that, but I also want to keep my options open. So, where did you deliver and did you like it?
Re: B'ham girls: Where did you deliver?
This was my question!
LOL..I knew somebody was going to ask that. I took one at the lab here at work 2 weeks ago today and it was negative. But it was way late in the day so it may not have been accurate. After that I just sort of blew it off because it's not unusual for me to be late anyway, but now it's been over 3 weeks so something has to be up. So I called my Dr this morning and set something up because of the off chance that there is something wrong if I'm not pg.
I delivered at St. Vincent's. Though my hospitalization and delivery were not typical, I was VERY pleased with my overall care. I absolutely credit my OB team, our neonatologists and the NICU staff with saving Sarah's life.
OMG!!! Wendy, you must report in asap after your Dr's visit tomorrow. I don't think I'd be able to wait. I would've gone broke by now buying HPT.
I'm delivering at St. Vincents and using Birmingham OBGYN Doctors. I really like all of the Doctors I've seen.
I delivered at St. Vincent's Birmingham and cannot say enough great things about my nurses and the rest of the hospital staff while we were there.
Oh, and my doctor is Dr. Dan Hudson with Henderson & Walton.
This is what I did. Hope all is well!!
I delivered at St. Vincent's. Dr. Davis with B'ham OB/GYN delivered. I love her (as well as most of the Dr.'s with the group) and loved the nurses at St. Vincent's. We'll be having this next one there too.
