Have you tried tofu?

How do you cook it?  How do you feed it to LO?

Re: Have you tried tofu?

  • I get the firm tofu and cut it into small pieces and roll it in wheat germ (you can also roll it in cherrio dust to make it easier to pick up) DS loves it!

    I dont cook it....

I seriously almost vomited in my mouth. Uncooked tofu is some of the most disgusting stuff in the world. :x I mean, more power to your LO if they like it, but ewwwww.

We pan fry (dry or a light spray) B's straight or in a mild marinade. He likes the plain variety drowned in marinara. We use extra firm, and usually cut it into small cubes (or buy the pre-cubed super firm).

  • I cube it and steam it with squash in my baby cook and then puree them together.
