Anything, and I mean anything, with noodles in it. Such a lasagna, mac n cheese. Enchiladas work well too, so does chili. You can make just about anything ahead of time and freeze it. Just make sure it's freezer safe containers you put it in. I like to buy the tin disposable pans to fill up, you can put them right into the oven without worrying about cracking a dish! I hope this helps a bit!

I do alot of crockpot cooking, so I am always buying chicken, steak and ground beef in bulk. When I get home from grocery shopping, I seperate the meats into ziplock baggies by the portion size I need and then add the marinades that I will need to cook in the crockpot. I freeze these bags until I am ready to use them. I take the whole frozen meal and put it in the crockpot and by the time I get home from work, dinner is prepared.
I know I am not on the right board, but you ladies always have great posts so I lurk here alot. I hope this helps out. My favorite steak marinade is: 1 cup ketchup, 1 cup italian dressing, 1 cup coke. I alos just love plain BBQ sauce for chicken.
Re: Freezer meals... any suggestions?
Some of my suggestions:
Sweet Potato and Carrot Soup
Roloudens
Cuban chicken
Mini Santa Maria Empanadas (I freeze these before I fry them)
Soft pretzels
