Unique names for girls

I know I have posted this before...but I am still not finding anything I like...We are looking for names that are unique...not on the charts, maybe even unisex for DD #2...What are some unique names that you like? Some names on our list...Aubriel, Aiden, Kinsley...but I am not really liking any of those now...I am so picky...no names that start with C, J, or M.

Re: Unique names for girls

  • Tenley, Kenzie, Kendra, Demi, Danae, Drew
A lot of years and a million tears finally led me to you.
After 7 years trying to concieve, 3 failed IUIs and 2 failed IVFs, my third IVF was a success!
My Christmas baby turned into a turkey bird! Dillon Richard was born at 34 weeks, 5 days on November 28, 2009 after 10 weeks on bedrest for preeclampsia.

  • Harper, Carter, Carson, Parker, Charlie, Spencer, Alexandra (nn Alex), Cameron, Campbell, Ashton, Grier, Rowan, Kendall, Evan, Reese, Jace, Landon, Leighton, Micah, Sheridan, Hayden, Kayden, Jayden, etc.

I think that's all of the "unisex" or "boys' names for girls" that I have ever heard of......

i.e. I know a girl IRL named one of those names.

My faves are: Harper, Parker, Alex, Evan, Reese, Landon, Leighton, Micah, and Sheridan.

  • I also like Willa, Tegan, and Regan.
  • Since I was outvoted by my DH for our little girl, I will share my fave with you.

Finley. It's Irish/Scottish depending on where you look it up. It was a popular boys name back in 2006 but I love it for a girl.

My friend likes Finnegan for a boy though.

    Good luck

we were looking for a more unique name as well - but not totally off the wall - i know you said 'kinsley' was on our orginal list...and if you like finley but DH doesn't....i'll recommend our LOs name...Kinley - it's a unisex Irish name (we really wanted an Irish name b/c of DHs background).

i also liked Quinn, Rory, & Tierney when we were looking at names....Good luck to you!

it might be easier for him to give you a list of names that he DOES like...and then go from there?  or have you tried that already and you vetoed all of his names?
