I Made a Rookie Mistake at My U/S

Today I transferred from my RE to the OB and we got to do another transvag u/s, which I have done many times at the RE. They asked me if my bladder was empty and I said yes. But, they couldn't find anything on the U/S, which was scary. They decided to make me take a bathroom break--it turns out I did have urine in there since I am now a baby-making pee factory. After that, we saw the LO and its yolk sac easily. Hooray!

So, my lesson learned--pee even I just did.

30 min after that I had to produce for a urine test and didn't think I could, but alas... being a baby-making pee factory, I could!

Good call! I don't know why they don't just take your urine sample when they make you pee for the u/s anyway!

I think this is why they always have us pee in the cup before they atart anything appt related.

That would've made so much more sense! I have no idea why they didn't do things in that order.

Thats the first thing they have me do as soon as i enter the clinic i have to pee in cup!
