Hello other Weight Watchers mommas! I weighed myself this morning and I've had it. I WILL lose these 20 pounds. I cannot stand this "big boned" version of my body.
Sooooo, I'll work on it. I saw that they sell all kinds of food stuffs on their website that already has the point values figured out. Love that. Is it any good? Are there cheaper places to buy it?
Other tips?
Thanks!
Re: Just joined weight watchers- how's their food?
Some of it is good - others not so much.
Best WW tip: Eat all your daily points and not all of the weekly points. Keep track of everything. It gets harder to do the longer you have been doing it. If I go a week without keeping as good of track I always lose less weight.
The best thing about ww is that you dont have to just eat their food. At first its easier too because the points are on the box, but google ww point recipes and foods. I dont buy ww foods anymore (except for some of the frozen meals) because they are just too expensive and not worth it. I make recipes using the points values. WW is great because its a lifestyle change, not a fad diet. A great website is dwlz.com - they have points for many restaurant menu items. You can also search for recipes. THis is also a great site for snacks/point values - https://allfreelance.com/wwatchers.html
Good luck!
ITA. I also found Gina's WW Recipes.
