She ate a whole bowl of strawberries

Go ahead and call me mother of the year. A friend and i were trying on dresses in my bedroom for a wedding. We could see her from where we were, but we stopped paying attention for a few minutes, and the next thing we knew she was covered head to toe in red.

My friend's son had been eating them (he's 3), and then walked away and left them on the floor. Lila ate almost the whole bowl. She AND the carpet were bright red. My friend said "Wow. This is bad on so many levels it's hard to know where to start." Lol.

On the plus side, we now know that she's NOT allergic to strawberries.
