night terrors?

Do babies have them? Will will wake up SCREAMING for no reason (I'm 99% sure it's not gas)...he'll go back to sleep in under 10 seconds - actually, I don't think he's really waking up - but for those few seconds it sounds like he's being tortured. Do babies this young have nightmares/night terrors?

    Yes I believe that they do. Well I should say that yes I believe Jaylee did. She used to wake up SCREAMING and holding her was the only way to calm her down.  So yeah I would say yes they do. And I will say that my friend's son also went through it..

    Yes they do.  Sometimes Libby will be hysterical like that and still asleep.  I'll actually pick her up and wake her with rocking and shushing and then she'll calm down and go right back to sleep.
