I just wanted to write something to ya'll and thank every single one of you that prayed and thought about us while we were going through a difficult time! I sat on the computer at St Jude on Friday and read all of your comments and kind words and just bawled! The love I felt from my bump friends was amazing. I absolutely LOVE this board and just want to thank you so much!!!
We got home last night around 8! It felt so good to be home and a little emotional! I never knew driving to her doctors appointment Wednesday that we would be at St Jude on Thursday! It was very overwhelming! Ella is doing really well! She wasn't phased by any of this at all! She actually has learned to sleep on her back and is sleeping very well in her bassinet(she was in bed with us). We were in the process of putting her in her crib before all this started but I think we may keep her in our room for a little longer now!! We go to the doctor tomorrow morning for a follow up and they will check her platelets and see if they have dropped any.
I also want to say that St Jude is the most wonderful place I have ever seen. Ofcourse I would loved to never have to see that place but if we did have to go through this I am glad that we got to go through it at St Jude! The staff was AMAZING and everyone there is so positive and happy! I know my husband and I will be increasing our donation that we give to them every year. They do wonderful things there!!!
I just want to say THANK YOU again for all of your love and support!!!! I will try to keep you updated!
Re: Thanks to everyone!!!
Yay! I am so glad to hear that y'all were able to come home. What a blessing that nothing was seriously wrong! I'll continue to keep y'all in my prayers in hopes that Ella will be back to normal really soon.

Just wanted to give ya'll a little update! We went to the doctor on Monday and her platelets were still low. We go back to get them checked tomorrow. If they are low again they will probably admit her into the hospital again to give her more. They still don't know what is causing the platelets to drop. It is just a waiting game right now. It is very frustrating but we are still VERY grateful to know its not cancer! Thank ya'll for thinking of us!
