the next ones are usually the top front teeth. DD's just broke through, along with the teeth on either side. it's easier to see the top teeth coming in (IMO), you'll see the big bump on their gums.
DS got his bottom teeth at 6.5 months... His front two just broke through this week (though the white bumps and teething signs have been going on for the last 2 months!) So it can take awhile!
I've been a nanny forever and in my experience the top two front always come in after the bottom two. But I'm sure there are exceptions... every baby is different!

The drooling had stopped, the spitting out buckets of saliva had stopped.. now.. it's ALL back w/ ear pulling (not infected per pedi) and general miss fussypants..
