When did you ditch the activity mat?

in Babies: 9 - 12 Months

I think I'm ready to pack it up.  There is so much STUFF all over, so the less stuff, the better!

So, when did you pack up yours?

DD is 7+ months but she started crawling about 6.5 and also is pulling herself to stand.  The last thing on her mind is to be laying down!

    We are still using ours but I think its days are numbered.

    My DD is over it but I still have it out. I probably should pack it away soon. She never plays on it anymore.

    I put it away once he could roll off of it with purpose.

    Holy cow your DD still has interest in it? Once she could roll she was over it. Now that she is crawling and standing/cruising, forget about it.

    Once he started crawling (around 8.5 months).  When he rolled, he'd still play with the toys, but once crawling started, it was game over.

    We still use it. I set it up as an extension of her blanket. She sits and plays on both. We have the same one you have and she just found the zebra tail today. My LO still doesnt crawl though.

    This.  She still likes some of the toys, so we've put those in her general toy bin.

    Last week. He kept pulling it over on top of himself. Since he's crawling now he really won't stay on it anyway.

    We ditched it 5 months ago because DD was bigger then the mat and she lost interest in it. Pretty much, when DD began crawling, we put it away

    Around 6 mo when DD started being able to sit to play with toys. She was over laying at that point.

    As soon as she was mobile we went to the big foam mat. She will sometimes still play on that one.

    I put ours away a couple of weeks ago, but DS stopped using it around 6 and a half months.
