NPGR: Who reads Sookie Stackhouse?

I just finished the new book "Dead in the Family" anyone else read it yet? Loved it, hated it?

I loved it. I don't know why but I had totally forgotten that her and Eric were together, so It was kinda odd when I started reading and had to remember that they were together now. I'm not sure if I really want them together though.

    Me! Me!  But i haven't read Dead in the family yet so no spoilers please! I've got it requested from the library!  I'm not sure how I feel abou her and Eric either.  When I first read about it, i was like no no no!  He just seems so sleazy!

    DH and I just started watching the True Blood series.  We're almost done with the first season, I just can't believe how different it is!

    I do... I haven't finished that book yet though. I know they are fast reads, but I only read a little at lunch lately. I DO like her with Eric for now. Unless this book changes things. I also watch Trueblood and I know that the show and books differ I think Eric is sexier than Bill so maybe I am biased! : )

    Hello XO...I am an avid follower of the Sookie Stackhouse series...and cannot wait to dive into the new book.(  I am even more excited about  True Blood starting in a few weeks.)

     I'm almost wondering if I should read the last book before this one to refresh my memory....They are all so enjoyable, it wouldn't be a big deal to do.

     I think I am on team Bill and hope they can somehow get back together.

     Who do you think kidnapped Bill on True Blood's last episode of season 2??

    I won't give any spoilers... but I just think her and Eric are weird together. I felt like her and Bill flowed better. I dunno, but I also think she would make a good couple with Sam or Alcide. So I guess what I'm saying, is pretty much any way the author goes I'm good with lol.

    I get confused b/c the show is sooo much different then the book and I really have to think about what happened in the book and what happened in the show. Lorena is still alive in the show correct? Maybe she took him?

    Me, me!!!  I just finished the new one.  Loved it.  She and Eric are a little weird together...but I still love me some Viking vampire.

    I started it today but haven't had much time to read!  I love the series though, and I must say, I personally miss Quinn!!!  I am not sure how I feel about Eric with Sookie, cause sometimes I like him and some times I don't.  But Quinn...  Yummy!!  Hopefully he will show back up in this book (keeping fingers crossed).

    That's my prediction for this season.  At first it really bugged me that the show was so much different than the book, but now I kinda like it because it's SO different.  It keeps me guessing, rather than knowing exactly how it's going to play out.
