My bbSlen (first woven) arrived Fri and finally today I got around to trying a back carry. Needless to say the babe loved it! But I definitely need practice.
So what's your favorite back carry? Please link me to any favorite instructions/guidance on how to do the carry.
Thanks
Re: Favorite back carry with woven
I think it's best to start with a rucksack tied in front. That's the 'easiest' back carry to master, IMO.
Once you get that, a double hammock is 100% my favorite back carry and pretty much all we use these days. It's much trickier to get the hang of though, so don't worry if your first few tries are a complete fail
Ncbelle has videos of both carries in the link in her siggy...they are awesome
This exactly. The DH is our favorite now as well.

My favorites are DH and RUB (ruck tied under the bum) - although regular ruck was what I learned first. Lots of people like BWCC (back wrap cross carry) especially the version with the chest belt for beginners.
Mostly just keep practicing!!
