Hi Keri,
Thank you for contacting us regarding your experience with Pampers.
I?m very sorry you had this experience. I?m sure it was upsetting and we certainly share your concern about the irritation your baby had while wearing our diapers. We hope your baby is feeling better.
Many of us on the Pampers team are parents, and we share your deep commitment to the health and safety of babies. We want to understand any negative experiences about our products as thoroughly as we can. In order to gather additional information to better understand your experience, we ask that you reply to this email and include your full name, postal mailing address including zip code and phone number. Once we receive this information a member of our Health and Safety Team will be following up with you via postal mail. Our goal is to understand more about your unique experience, your baby, and the products you typically use on your baby. Once you receive our mailing, we would greatly appreciate a few additional minutes of your time to complete the information requested. Please hold on to the package and any remaining product for two weeks in the event our Health and Safety Team needs to get them back.
Again, on behalf of Pampers I want to apologize for the experience you had, but I also want to assure you Pampers with Dry Max is one of the most mom-and-baby tested diapers in our history. Before the launch of any new product, it is extensively tested to ensure we have a broad understanding of what moms will experience. In addition, we sample products regularly throughout the manufacturing process to ensure our quality standards are met at every step of production. However, at Pampers, we also know every baby is unique and a baby?s skin can be especially delicate. Therefore, we greatly appreciate your taking the time to contact us so we can continue to gather data on as many babies as possible. We are closely monitoring and reporting all comments we receive and take each comment seriously.
If interested, there is more information about Dry Max posted on Pampers.com. There is both a video from Kerri Hailey and an FAQ link. Kerri not only helped create Dry Max, she did it while her youngest was in diapers so she saw the product in action at work, and at home. To view these, click on the link below:

Also, We?re confident in the safety of all of our Pampers products and have no plans to recall Pampers with Dry Max.
In addition to our request for more information, after we receive your name and address, I?ll also separately send a refund for $24.99 as you requested. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
Thanks again for writing.
Abby

Re: f/u from earlier Post: my response from Pampers (re: Dry Max)
I got the same response from my email (minus the refund because I didn't request one - we used the rest of the diapers and everything was ok).
They said they will send me coupons that I can use on products that don't contain Dry Max.
In my bag: Nikon D90; 35mm 1.8, 90mm 2.8 macro (my fave), Lensbaby Composer with macro extensions. BFP after 13 cycles and one ectopic. Lost left tube 5/19/10.

Their new Dry Max is suspected to be the cause of some very serious diaper rash / chemical burns. Many of our kiddos had the same rash/burns. Caleb's burn is still healing a week later (after using the new diapers for less than a day!).

I went on the P&G website and clicked contact us. It didn't work at first, but the second time I tried it went through.
Thanks

I went to the Pampers website and called. They did a short survey over the phone, and also said that they would send me coupons that i could use on other pampers products. ( i didn't ask for them).
I think it would be good if every one who did have a problem with the new dry max to report it, maybe they will go back to the old formula.
