My DH is a VERY picky eater and doesn't like just plain hamburger on hamburger night, so what seasonings do you put on yours when you make them from scratch?
A little bit of onion powder, garlic powder, creole seasoning, and season salt. Not a lot though. If to much is added, they will be really salty. (not that there is anything wrong with that, but if you are swollen like me right now, salt = not good)
We use garlic powder, onion powder, salt & pepper. Occasionally instead of using the garlic and onion powders, we'll mince some fresh garlic and onion and mix it with the meat. So good!
