a lot of them contain aspartame or other artificial sweeteners so i would definitely just make my own with decaf tea and sugar if you want it to be sweetened

My dr. said I can have up to 300mg of caffeine a day. I don't stress over it too much. Most people don't even know why they recommend limiting your caffeine intake.
Having some caffeine is fine. And actually helps with most headaches.
They say not to have too much because the baby gets exposed to it as well. And just as caffeine wakes you up, does the same to baby. Can elevate heart rate.
Some say it can cause low birth weight ONLY is you have A LOT EVERYDAY. (like a pot a coffee a day, a whole 2 liter of pop etc...and like during the bulk of your pregnancy)
Also when having an extreme amount can cause boys to be born with undescended testicles. But thats not that uncommon even with low to no caffeine intake.
My Ob said some if fine. If I feel jittery then watch and relax etc. And also said because lately I have been having a lot of headache its good to have some to help with that.
I wouldnt stress in having some ice tea, coffee, or a pop now and again. =]

My Dr. also said that it causes you to not be able to absorb calcium properly if you have too much. She also said it can restrict blood flow to the placenta because it is a natural diuretic and can cause lower fluid levels. Caffeine was the only thing that got me through the terrible headaches I had at the beginning of the 2nd tri.
Oh, honey, have the damn snapple! It has 31 mg of caffeine in it and most docs recommend limiting yourself to under 300 PER DAY (and even the March of Dimes says 200).You'd have to drink ten of them to even get near "unrecommended" levels.
When my MS was bad sometimes the only thing I could keep down with my dry toast was a fountain coke. One a day is not going to hurt you.
