Cramping?

I don't know if I can say it's cramping but I have pain in my lower abdomen and back, feels like it does when AF in on her way. I've been using my doppler hb seems good, and I am still feeling him move. Haven't done a kick count, he doesn't seem as active as norm but still moving.

Should I be worried call the dr? Or is this just growing pains, him pressing on something etc?

    Does it come and go?  Is it timeable?  I've started having a lot more pains lately, but nothing that is timeable and regular...that's the guideline I've been going with (or just a gut feeling, if you feel that something is wrong, trust your gut!).

    I have been getting on and off cramping, like menstrual cramping in the past week or so.  I think it is normal.  I get a lot of movement so that makes me not worry so much.

    I had that from 30 weeks on... my doctor said it was my body's way of practicing for labor. Everything turned out fine, so I think it's normal... but of course if you're unsure, call the doctor.
