Anyone else Journaling?

I just started mine last night. Got the idea from DH's grandmother, who kept a journal (well, journals) of his life from the time his mom found out she was pregnant to the age of 18, and then gave them to him at graduation. Such insight and wisdom in those journals...seeing yourself through someone else's eyes. I thought I would *try* to do that, starting with the goal of journaling the pregnancy.

Re: Anyone else Journaling?

  • My grandmother did the same thing for me and it was a really special gift to have.  I've been meaning to start one for our LO but still haven't bought a journal yet.   Good luck with it!

  • I just use the Belly Book, and journal that way.
  • I am blogging all about it so my family and friends can enjoy hearing about the process of carrying twins.  One day I can go back and cheat for my scrapbook. ;)

The scrapbook is going to be the challenge for me. I love to scrapbook, but unless I do the classes/clubs I can't get myself to sit down and do it for more than five minutes at a time. I am a little ADD when it comes to crafts.

  • I started a google site for all of our friends and family to keep up to date with. After I continue to add different pages and links, I am going to turn the site into a shutterfly book. I don't have neat enough handwriting for journals!!
