When did your PPD peak?

I am 6 weeks post partum with two under two - my son is 18 months and I am extremely emotional and irritable. I feel like my DD was a big mistake and I can't help but to feel major guilt and anxiety.

    I would definitely get some help if I were you! Don't wait until something bad happens.

    I think I "peaked" at 7 months but I also think mine was due to a lot of sleep deprivation.

    Well, I'm still battling PPD so I don't know if I've reached my peak yet or not, but my worst moment was earlier last week, (baby was 9 weeks old) when the reality of being a new parent finally settled and I remembered that I have to go back to work soon and haven't even looked for a day care yet (I was in denial that I'd have to go back to work!!)
