When I was pg I didnt think that my belly button had stretched out that much. I mean, granted it was flat and then it stuck out a little bit but nothing too bad I didn't think. Well now that my stomach is back to "normal" or close to it, I swear my belly button is huge! I mean it looks like a bat cave in there it's so much larger and deeper than it was before! Anyone else have this? Will it shrink back down do you think?
Re: Let's talk belly buttons: (Ours, not LO's)
I feel like maybe this is a problem unique to those of you who had flat stomachs pre-pg! I did not, and my belly button never really stretched because there was enough flab that it wasn't super-open to begin with. I guess that's one positive to having a few extra pounds!
Mine was, however, brown and gross for a bit, but it has returned to its normal coloring.

lol- your siggy pic!
Funny you posted this- I was just pulling my stomach up a bit the other day in the mirror trying to remember what my belly button originally looked like! It did get a bit better after DD was probably a year or so- that's when I felt that my body was basically back to normal (it never does get there entirely!) My belly button never popped out w/ either LO, just stretched, and it's still pretty deep
I just have to go with it. . .
