Help settling DS' stomach?

DS has been throwing up all morning- basically anytime he eats something. Do saltines and 7-up do the trick like it does with adults? Or anything else help settle their little tummies? I have no idea- this is the first time DS has ever thrown up like this. TIA!

Re: Help settling DS' stomach?

  • Poor little guy... honestly, I wouldn't give him anything for about 20-30 minutes after he's thrown up.  I learned this the hard way w/ dd- she puked, drank water and puked it all up and repeat 10x.

I think saltines, 7-up or pedialyte would be good options. Just don't force anything. Very mild,  bland things...

And holy heck- do I see a new ticker??? Congrats!!!!

Thanks Lauren! =) yes that's a new ticker!

I gave him saltines and so far he's kept them down. I didn't even think of Pedialyte, I'll run and grab some this afternoon if he's still throwing up. It's weird because he's the one wanting to eat and drink! I gave him his paci (which I never do except to sleep) and that seems to have curbed his desire to keep drinking and drinking from his sippy.

    Thanks again!
